Enquiries you submit on this website are stored in our own secure database; we may also send a notification containing your enquiry to our advisor through an email or messaging provider so that we can respond promptly. We do not sell your personal information.
WhatsApp and third-party tools
If you contact us through WhatsApp, your message is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms. Please avoid sending sensitive personal or health details over chat.
Retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and regulatory obligations, then securely dispose of it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
